Lets get to know me.

I've realized at this point in my life the media that I prefer is
- Painting
- Brush and Ink
- Digital Art

I don't necessarily hate working in any media, but I am having a hard time keeping my desire for using a pencil. It just feels so tedious to work with it.

I have pretty much working in all mediums that I can think of but I guess I wouldn't mind doing more mixed media.

Three non illustration classes that have influenced a positive way is
- World Literature taught by Canfield helped me to explore great ideas that influenced my advanced drawing class.
- Ideology of war class helped me to explore ideas that influenced  my comic.
- Poetry was an extremely good influence for me because it got me motivated to write more which came to influence my comic and my raps.

The work of my peers has mainly served as competition and inspiration as I pick and choose the things that I find beneficial.

I like to create work about social issues that seem important to me and the people that I love: for example, I created work about unjust social issues such as the Trayvon Martin case although out my online comics class.

I like to read about new technology and ironic stories.

My fav music to listen to and create is hip hop because it is where I can try to bring together the most styles from other genres into one composition and then express myself lyrically.

I like to play basketball because it is a great stress reliever and I like the way it makes my body move and the control I have over the way people react to me. I also love capoeira - it gives me great reflexes and flexibility and its shame I haven't both these activities in a while now, but basketball is more recent.

I'm not sure if there is anything that I like that nobody else likes because that really isn't even provable, but even if I were to make an oblivious assumption, I still don't have anything.

If I could have any three works of art in the world I would take
- An Ife of Yoruba Tribe mask sculpture - I believe 1st century, which has actually been collected by an antique shop on Union Ave.
- Manet Luncheon at the Garden
- Goya May 5
